The Mainstage Theater is the biggest space at the Center. It's fully equipped to handle most lighting and sound requirements for presentations and events.

Bench-style seating has housed the Center's most famous productions, including Rudolph the Red-Nosed Reindeer, Pete the Cat, Charlotte's Web, Stellaluna, and countless others!

Host rules

Smoking is PROHIBITED inside the facilities. Smoking is ONLY permitted outside at the bottom of the ramp.

The Lessor is required to have security during the duration of all evening events.

The rental minimum period is four hours.

In NO case will rentals be permitted past 11:00 p.m.

Flash photography or any other source of bright light may not be used in any museum areas.

No motion picture projector, projection machine or recorder is permitted for use on the premises without prior written consent.

No HARD LIQUOR is permitted, only beer and wine products.

FOOD and DRINK are not permitted in museum areas.

No tables or chairs are permitted in museum areas.

For rental rates of $750 or more, the deposit is 50% of the total rental rate INCLUDING a $500 security deposit.
Rental rates of less than $750 must be paid in full.

The renter MUST be present to receive the delivery/vendor.

The outside doors may NOT be propped open or otherwise left open or ajar during load in or events.
Caterers may set up in designated spaces only.

Final cleanup will include removing all trash to an outside container and sweeping and damp mopping floors.
The Lessor will provide broom, mop and bucket. Sinks should be clean and free of debris and all countertops should be wiped clean.

Caterers are responsible for maintaining cleanliness in the food preparation area and in the areas in which food and beverages are being served.

Center will provide bartender at an hourly rate of $30/hr.

Caterers are responsible for physically unloading, setting up and reloading their goods. They are expected to provide all supplies necessary to carry out these and other related duties.

A walk-through with all involved parties (i.e.: Caterer, Lessee, Equipment Service Representatives, Party Coordinator, Lessor Coordinator) should be scheduled no less than three weeks before the event.
