Seasonal "Georgian Thai" cuisine that combines Thai techniques with local ingredients.
Established in 2016, it started as an idea at the end of a long line cook shift, Parnass Savang and Rod Lassiter have grown their Georgian Thai concept from a weekend pop-up at Gato into a brick-and-mortar restaurant in the Summerhill neighborhood of Atlanta.

About Talat Market
Talat Market is located in the Summerhill neighborhood of Atlanta, Georgia. We grew from a pop-up to a brick-and-mortar restaurant because of the amazing support of our community.
Co-owners Parnass Savang and Rod Lassiter cook using Thai techniques and featuring local Georgia ingredients.
Our beverage program is inspired by the food Chefs Parnass and Rod create. The cocktails meld classic Thai ingredients with Georgia produce.
“Talat” means “market” in Thai. So yes, we’re market market.
