Admin is very responsive and respectful. Easy to deal with.
The space in general is just so-so. Nothing much to expect but it is generally 3 star level for me out of 5. Average. There was a smell similar with wet paint which is not appealing when coming in.
- Various entertainment available for guests to enjoy (KTV, TV with Netflix access, board games, darts) - this is the main draw of this place - We had difficulties clearing up in time and had to leave later past the 15 min grace period post event, but the venue staff closed one eye on this and didn't charge us extra. - Staff were rather quick to reply on Whatsapp & Tagvenue when contacted. Also responded when I whatsapp-called to enquire.
- Be wary that you may be charged extra cleaning fees even for what seems minor. Do reconsider if you are very concerned with cost. We got charged extra $40 because apparently food was found in the sink, the wall paint was peeled and there were residue tape/ blutack on the wall. We read of this extra cleaning fees in some of the reviews so we took some photos before the event as a precaution. But we didnt take such detailed photos and didn't take photos after the event, so we were unable to dispute the claims made against us. We are quite sure some of the claims like the food in the sink is not true, but since we were unable to prove otherwise and we were not charged for overstaying to pack up, we closed one eye and just accepted the extra $40 without disputing. But this definitely left a bad taste in our mouth and we would like to warn others of this. But if you don't really mind the possible extra charges or are very confident of keeping everything in the original pristine condition, then go ahead. - Some of the sofas and chair cushions were rather old and has stains - Pool table is old - slanted and the legs of the table are on the edge of breaking already tbh. Better be careful with it, if not, be ready to pay a hefty sum if you break it.
A big enough space to host a small group of friends, decently wide range of things to do.
That being said, the interior decor was haphazard and quite odd, the board games were disorganised. Decks of cards were mixed together in a messy pile, and the pool table was shaky and worn down. Venue mentioned a table tennis table which was nowhere to be seen.
Fuss free booking. And all instructions given was very clear.
