Host rules

Maximum Capacity: 60 guests allowed.

Age Restrictions: Events with under-18s must be supervised by responsible adults at all times.

Laundromat Equipment: Washing machines and dryers are not to be used during the event unless by prior agreement.

Furniture: Limited seating may be available. Additional furniture must be pre-approved and brought in/taken out by the hirer.

Decorations: No permanent adhesives, nails, or modifications to walls/machines. Decorations must be removed immediately after the event.

Alcohol: Allowed only with prior written approval and, a temporary event license is required for open to public events

Food/Drinks: Allowed with prior approval. Hirer is responsible for all cleanup.

Cleanup: Hirer is responsible for full cleanup by end of event. A cleaning fee of $100 will apply if left in unacceptable condition.

Damages: Hirer will be liable for any damage to property, machines, or fixtures.

Indemnity: Laundromat owners are not liable for any injury, loss, or damage during private events.

Respectful Behavior: All guests must behave respectfully toward staff, property, and other tenants.

No Smoking or Vaping inside the premises.

Zero Tolerance: Any illegal activity, harassment, or unsafe behavior will result in immediate ejection and possible police involvement.

Pets: No Pets are allowed inside the premises at any time.

Cancellation policy: Flexible with Grace Period
