About this space
Minimal space covered with beautiful lime wash paint. Perfect for photoshoots or video productions that require a minimal, and yet big enough space to implement set designs.
We've set out to create a warm and inviting space for milestone sessions. It is a common ground for both two legged humans and four legged fur friends.
The space come equipped with 60 wooden chairs, and 12 x 120cm hand-made birch plywood benches.
Subsidised rates for weekday!
But do take note of the following T&C to enjoy the discount:
• $45 is only allowed for 1st hour of the rental
• no major shifting or adding additional lights
• no major shifting of furnitures
• The only lights provided will be the window LED lights, an Aputure lightstorm 600D, and Aputure 200D, each with a softbox attached to it. No changing of the modifiers or requesting for additional lights
• no catering of food and beverages
• no use of our photo booth
All of these is to minimise the need for our team to reset the space back to it's original state.

We celebrated our solemnisation at Kinu Studio 2 and could not have asked for a more fitting venue. The space was intimate, air-conditioned, and thoughtfully designed to host both our families and our beloved dogs, allowing us the unforgettable moment of having our furbaby as our ring bearer.
The venue came fully equipped with quality lighting, audio, and ample seating, which made setup effortless. We didn’t require microphones and did not need to separately book a vendor for furniture as wooden benches and chairs were already influded in the package. Guests also enjoyed the added touch of light bites being allowed, which made the celebration feel relaxed and personal.
The team impressed us with their attention to detail and care. They arranged our site visit promptly and on the actual day, had the air-conditioning running before our entourage arrived. Connecting to the sound system was hassle-free, and everything flowed smoothly thanks to their thoughtful preparation.
Clear information on their website made planning straightforward, and the inclusion of a photobooth was a delightful bonus for both us and our guests. We had so many momentos to bring home with us that day.
Thank you to the Kinu Studio team for providing such a wonderful space that is pet friendly! We truly wouldn’t have been able to enjoy our dream solemnisation without you.

The space was very cosy and super aesthetically pleasing! The team members were very friendly during our site recce, and were very helpful during the set up day even though it was for a short duration. The place was nicely lit, clean toilet and had a few furnitures for us to play around different possibilities. Parking was also easy, so thankfully it's one less thing to worry when pitching to our clients. I also like that everything can be controlled via the iPad which makes things so much more convenient and easy! They also provided wifi during our rental hours.
Thank you so much for being so accommodating and helpful! Will be back for sure!

Very spacious for 40 pax, Ming was great to help facilitate this last minute booking as we wanted to do a surprise + photoshoot for our friend. The photos delivered look beautiful with the lights they had at their space. Their window light made the space look beautiful even when there wasn't much natural light during the time we booked. Venue was cleaned. Aircon was switched on before we arrive. Toilet was clean. Honestly just a very good experience.
Highly recommended!
Parking within the building was plenty but a little expensive. But plenty of parallel lots along the roadside.

About Kinu Studio 02
A 2000 square feet event space with a beautiful main hall that is lime-washed all around. The space is decked our with oak vinyl that creates a warm look.
A lounge area is connected to the main hall and has plants, for you to use for your photoshoots if necessary. The pantry within the lounge is equipped with a fridge and wash basin as well.
Our space is pet-friendly!
