General Studio Rules
* No smoking or vaping within the premises.
* No pets allowed.
* No excessive noise that may disturb neighboring units.
* No alcohol consumption is permitted.
* Eating and drinking are allowed, but please keep the studio clean.
Before Leaving the Studio
* Turn off all lights and air conditioning units.
* Clear all trash and dispose of it in the large bin outside the studio.
* Return all furniture and equipment to their original positions.
Equipment Use
* All studio equipment is available at no additional charge.
* Handle all equipment with care.
* Guests are liable for any damage to the studio or equipment. Repair or replacement costs will be charged.
Cleanliness & Responsibility
* Guests are responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and order of the studio space throughout the rental period.

About J&CO Photo Studio
We have in our studio a chic but minimalist interior with natural rattan furniture against a neutral setting, so it is a cozy place to promote creativity. Our beach-themed backdrop setting is perfect for lifestyle photography. There is plenty of natural light and additional professional lighting for your to take the best photograph. We also have a couple of colored backdrops, which leaves us with room to accommodate different requirements.
Our studio is clean, private, and completely air-conditioned, which makes the atmosphere comfortable for all your activities. Additionally, there is a distinct section for group work sessions, making it ideal for group projects.
Our studio is ideal for portrait, fashion, and product photography and content production and filming, which makes it perfect for social media campaigns.
