A security deposit of $500 applies to all bookings, refundable upon satisfactory handover.
Management reserves the right to cancel bookings without prior notice.
In order to confirm the booking, all payment is to be made within 7 days of date of invoice. This includes the $500 refundable security deposit. The security deposit will be refunded within three working days of the booking if it is not utilised.
Last minute bookings have to be paid in full at least 24 hours in advance.
At the end of each session, the hirer must remove all rubbish and all equipment must be returned to the correct storage areas.
Any furniture/fixtures found dirty/stained/damaged will be sent for cleaning or replaced and the hirer will bear the cost. Equipment or items owned by Third Space found damaged will be replaced at the hirer's cost.
