Luxe Lounge is a Lounge in Thirdspace and a domestic-style private lounge that centres on comfortable, sofa-led seating for relaxed meetings and informal collaboration.
Design: The room has a neutral, contemporary interior with exposed white-painted beams, pale floors and a textured rug anchoring low sofas and armchairs. The layout is open-plan and visually uncluttered, with minimal furnishings and a high ceiling.
Features: The lounge contains a freestanding display screen on a tripod, a low sideboard, a glass coffee table and a cluster of armchairs that can be reconfigured. The space provides natural light, Wi‑Fi, air conditioning, permission to play own music and a step-free guest entrance.
Ideal for: Creative teams and small professional groups seeking relaxed, seated meetings or informal networking and collaboration.
Prices
Postponement of booking session(s) is subject to availability with an admin fee of $100 after 24 hours from booking.
Full payment applies even if the booking session ends earlier than the allocated booking slot.
Any extension of the booking period will be subject to a surcharge of $100.
All space rentals outside office hours (before 8.00 am or after 6.00 pm) will be subject to $100 surcharge .

Keep Thirdspace place neat and tidy
A security deposit of $500 applies to all bookings, refundable upon satisfactory handover.
Management reserves the right to cancel bookings without prior notice.
In order to confirm the booking, all payment is to be made within 7 days of date of invoice. This includes the $500 refundable security deposit. The security deposit will be refunded within three working days of the booking if it is not utilised.
Last minute bookings have to be paid in full at least 24 hours in advance.
At the end of each session, the hirer must remove all rubbish and all equipment must be returned to the correct storage areas.
Any furniture/fixtures found dirty/stained/damaged will be sent for cleaning or replaced and the hirer will bear the cost. Equipment or items owned by Third Space found damaged will be replaced at the hirer's cost.
Cancellation policy: Flexible with Grace Period
