• Coffee Break Menu with snacks at $16.00++ / person per break (minimum of 10 persons)*
• Lunch / Dinner Buffet Menu at $28.00++ / person (minimum of 30 persons)*
*Food is non-halal and will be externally catered from New Ubin Seafood Restaurant.
*Halal options can be requested; subject to external caterer’s rates and availability.
*Buffet menu and service are available for a minimum of 30 persons.
Own Externally Catered Food and Beverages*
If you opt for your own external catering, the following surcharge shall apply:
• Food with non-alcoholic beverages - $300.00++
• Food with alcoholic beverages - $800.00++
*Please note that the organizer and the commissioned caterer are responsible for clearing leftover food, garbage, and other items immediately after the event. Waste disposal should be handled off-site.
Rates are subject to a 10% service charge and prevailing Government tax, currently at 9% goods and services tax (non-commissionable) unless otherwise stated.

Outside food and beverage shall not be brought into or consumed in the premises, unless pre-approval has been sought from MYMCA Management. Failure to comply will be subjected to a charge of SGD300 to SGD1,000 for the cleaning of the event room.

We recently held our company internal training at the Metropolitan YMCA, and we couldn't be more pleased with the experience. From start to finish, their service was exceptional. They proposed the perfect function rooms — both the Olive Ballroom and LKK Upper Room were ideal and perfectly suited for our event's needs. The team conducted a thorough site survey and coordinated seamlessly with our food caterer, ensuring every detail was handled with care. Special thanks to Karen and Joshua from the Banquet Team for their outstanding support; they truly went the extra mile, accommodating our last-minute requests and changes without hesitation. Additionally, the venue's location is easily accessible and offers free parking lots, which added great convenience for all our attendees. Their dedication and professionalism made our event smooth and successful. We highly recommend the Metropolitan YMCA for anyone looking for a venue with excellent service, great facilities, and convenient access.
