Artist Avenue – Studio Rules & Guidelines
To ensure a safe, enjoyable, and respectful environment for all guests, kindly take note of the following:

General Etiquette

✨ Please treat all furniture, tools, and decor with care.
🚫 Do not tamper with or damage any studio property, including art pieces, shelving displays, and equipment.
🧼 Return all used items to their original place after your session.
👟 Keep the space clean – wipe down tables and dispose of rubbish properly.
🚭 No smoking or vaping in the studio at any time.


Usage & Set-Up

⏱️ Setup and cleanup must be done within your rental period.
🎈 Decorations are welcome, but please use removable adhesives only (no nails or permanent tape).
🖍️ Only use art materials provided or approved by the studio on tables and walls.
🍽️ Light refreshments are allowed. Full catering setups must be pre-approved.

Safety & Responsibility

🧒 Children must be supervised by an adult at all times.
🧯 No open flames, sparklers, or hazardous materials allowed.
💥 Any damage to the studio property, furniture, or artworks will be chargeable.
🧹 A cleaning fee may apply if the space is left excessively dirty or requires extra attention.
