About this space
The space is suitable for 24 people. Rental includes free-flow coffee, tea, Milo, and water. Canned soft drinks are available at $1 each. A cleaning deposit of $100 will be required for all bookings. The deposit will be refunded within 3-5 working days after the event, subject to any damages/cleaning/trash disposal charges. If there are damages/cleaning/trash disposal required, the amount incurred for repair/cleaning will be deducted from the deposit.
Please take note that the duration booked would include the time you need for set up and clean up.
Prices
A flat turnover fee of $15 applies to all bookings. This covers light sanitisation and reset of the space between bookings (e.g. wiping down surfaces, light mopping). Please note: This is not a full-service cleaning fee. Users are still responsible for tidying up, sweeping and mopping after use, disposing trash and returning the space to its original, pre-rental condition.

Host rules
- No smoking allowed in the studio.
- All shoes must be removed before entering the studio.
- Art supplies in the studio are not to be used unless otherwise requested and agreed upon in writing.
- No illegal activities allowed in accordance with Singapore Law.
- Keep volume at reasonable levels in consideration of the neighbours.
Cancellation policy: Standard 60 day with Grace Period
