Features: The room provides Wi-Fi, a pull-down projection screen, an in-room PA system with wall speakers and an upright piano. The room permits own music and bringing a DJ subject to the venue's noise restrictions and can be cleared to create a small dance floor.

Booking
• A booking is confirmed once the deposit has been received.
• The remaining balance must be paid before or on the day of the event, unless agreed otherwise.
Event Times
• Please ensure your event starts and finishes within the agreed booking times.
• Additional time may be charged if the event runs over.
Decorations
• You're welcome to decorate the room.
• Please do not use nails, screws, staples, confetti or anything that may damage walls, furniture or fixtures.
• All decorations must be removed at the end of the event.
Food & Drinks
• Outside food and drinks are not permitted unless agreed in advance.
• Catering and buffet options are available from The Heworth Inn.
Alcohol
• All alcoholic drinks must be purchased from our licensed bar.
• Challenge 25 policy applies.
Equipment
• A projector and presentation facilities are available on request.
• Please inform us in advance if you require any equipment.
Damage
• The person making the booking is responsible for any damage caused during the event.
• Repair or replacement costs may be charged where necessary.
Children
• Children are welcome but must be supervised by a responsible adult at all times.
Noise
• Please be considerate of our neighbours when arriving and leaving the venue.
• Music volume must comply with our licence conditions.
Smoking
• Smoking and vaping are only permitted in designated outdoor areas.

Cancellations
• Deposits are non-refundable if cancelled within 14 days of the event.
