About this space
The studio 2 of PS Spaces is an airy and multipurpose space which can fit easily smaller crews of photographers and filmmakers, content creators, as well as workshops. With 65 sqm (700 sq ft) and 4 m (13 ft) in height, the room can hold very great creative activities while offering a very friendly and gentle environment surrounding the entire space.
The 3 × 3 m south-facing window is very big and the one which when needed, the blackout blinds do very well in giving light control. The neutral clean white walls and the minimalist aesthetic create a very good background for portrait shoots, interviews, or small-scale productions.
Studio 2 comes with all the basic things like professional lighting and grip equipment, a separate makeup and styling area with Hollywood mirrors, a closet and a steamer, and a shared kitchenette among others. One is provided with a high-speed internet connection of 150 Mbps, air conditioning, and 13A power by default, but it is also possible to ask for the 16A / 32A options. Small in size yet fully equipped, Studio 2 is the perfect place for a good mix of function and atmosphere for creative shoots, classes, and small productions.

Host rules
- No loud music after 11:00 PM.
- No alcohol on site after 8:00 PM.
- No smoking or vaping anywhere inside the building.
- Please notify us in advance if bringing pets or animals to the studio. Pets must be supervised at all times.
- All furniture and equipment must be returned to its original position before the end of your booking. We may charge a cleaning fee if studio is not returned to original condition
- Setup and pack-down must take place within your booked hours. Overtime fees apply if sessions overrun.
- No open flames, candles, smoke machines, or pyrotechnics unless pre-approved by the Studio Manager.
- The use of glitter, paint, or liquids must be discussed in advance and may require additional cleaning fees.
- Please take care when handling all equipment and props. Any damages will be charged to the account holder.
- Children under 18 must be supervised by a responsible adult at all times.
- Outside catering is welcome but must be cleared away fully after use.
- We kindly ask that you leave the space as you found it so we can maintain an enjoyable environment for everyone. A cleaning fee may be incurred if any equipment or furniture is not returned. Any damage to the floor, walls or cove will incur a cleaning fee.
Cancellation policy: Flexible with Grace Period
