It is home to Bombay Sapphire Senior Ambassador Sam Carter, who not only performs cocktail masterclasses for some of the world’s top bartenders, but also designs Bombay Sapphire's signature cocktails in this bar.

Now you can enjoy this space too - perfectly combined with a Masterclass, drinks reception or casual meeting space, the Blue Room can be hired throughout the year.

About Bombay Sapphire Distillery

Based at Laverstoke Mill in rural Hampshire, just 15 miles from Winchester and 60 miles from London, the Bombay Sapphire Distillery is in a conservation area with over 1000 years of history.

You can hire one of the unique event spaces at Laverstoke Mill for corporate events, meetings, banquets, private parties and more.

Our flagship event space, the Gallery, is perfect for conferences or special celebrations, whilst our Mediterranean Glasshouses make a totally unique cocktail reception venue.

The Mill Bar and Terrace is a spacious multi-level bar with outdoor seating along the river, ideal for parties, whilst the Vault and the Empire Bar provide a more intimate setting for meetings or VIP cocktail masterclasses.
