House & Space Rules


The main person who made the booking must show valid photo ID on arrival in order to gain access to the property. The name on the ID should match the booking details.
All bookings are for the agreed room/space only. Please do not use or film in other areas of the house unless agreed in advance.
Please respect the property, furniture, décor and personal items. Do not move large furniture without permission, and return anything moved back to its original position before leaving.
No parties, loud music or disruptive behaviour. This is a residential property, so noise must be kept at a reasonable level at all times.
No smoking or vaping inside the house. Any smoking must take place outside and cigarette ends must be disposed of properly.
No food, drink, paint, glitter, confetti, oils, powders, smoke machines or messy materials without prior approval.
Please protect floors, surfaces and furniture when using equipment, lights, stands, makeup, styling products or props.
Crew size must be agreed before the booking. Additional people may not attend without permission.
Please keep all communal areas, walkways and entrances clear and tidy.
Any damage, stains, breakages or excessive mess may result in an additional charge.
The space must be left as found. Please remove all rubbish, props, equipment and personal items at the end of your booking.
Set-up and pack-down time must be included within your booked time. Overtime may be charged if you stay beyond the agreed booking slot.
Access to bedrooms, cupboards, drawers or private areas is not permitted unless included in your booking.
Pets are not allowed unless agreed in advance.
The host may remain on site or access the property if needed during the booking.
By booking, you accept responsibility for your team, equipment and any damage caused during your hire period.

Cancellation policy: Standard 30 day with Grace Period
