Host rules

- The Client and/or employees/associates shall only use the premises for that which Liquid Kitchen has approved and for the time period stated. Over-time must be approved in advance.
- The premises and equipment hired by the Client are only available for the use of that Client and any employees/associates named during the period of hire. The Client is not permitted to sub-contract, sublet, or otherwise allow any third party to use or occupy the premises.
- The Client shall be responsible for insuring their own equipment and personal property, and that belonging to their employees/associates whilst on the Liquid Kitchen premises.
- During the period of hire, the Client must ensure that its own public liability insurance is operative for all persons on the premises during the hours of use, to cover an accident, injury, or death.
- The Client is responsible for ensuring that the security and fire alarm systems are not tampered with or activated except in instances believed to be a genuine emergency, and abides by all relevant health and safety procedures.
- The Client shall leave the premises at the end of the period of hire in the same condition as they were at the beginning of that period. Any of the Client’s own materials used on the premises are to be removed at the end of the period of hire. No alterations, decorations, or additions are permitted without prior consent from Liquid Kitchen.
- The general waste generated by the Client and/or employees/associates will be disposed of by Liquid Kitchen as long as the amounts of general waste generated are reasonable.
- The Client must ensure that all persons under the age of 18 present on the premises have parents’ or guardians’ permission to be in attendance.
- The Client may not remove any equipment from the premises, modify, alter, or tamper with the equipment in any way.
- Liquid Kitchen is not responsible for food prepared or consumed on the premises; this is done at the Client's own risk.

Taking up half of the third floor of New Oxford House, our kitchen to hire includes two large islands, large south-facing windows which allow plenty of natural light in, a smaller prep kitchen space, breakout areas with a variety of seating, and a separate board room with a dining table to seat up to 10.

We also have our second floor, which includes a second, smaller kitchen – perfect for prep, smaller footprint photoshoots, straight-to-camera pieces, and as a staging area for events. The floor also has two large meeting tables and a media studio with video editing facilities and Zoom rooms.
