We didn’t get the area we had booked 4 months prior. The booking contact Paul switched it to a public area which meant no music, and only fitted 30 not the 80 we have booked for. We were joined by random people during the evening and had to turn them away. There was no privacy. It was not what we booked. We only found out 30 minutes before guests arrived, AFTER we had done all the setup.
We viewed and booked a raised room in the bar, and at the last minute we were moved elsewhere because it was double booked.
There is no way I would’ve booked the area we ended up in.

Very poor communication
Unfortunately we were scammed and not given the area we agreed and booked 4 months before. Only found out on the evening 30 minutes before guests arrived. Paul was unavailable and the venue staff did their best to help. Would never book this venue , or any of Paul’s, again.
