About this space
The Gallery Suite comprises three areas: Gallery 1, Gallery 2 and a shared registration and refreshments area. Alternatively, the space can be opened to create one large suite.
Your booking includes all‑day hire with full air conditioning and free all‑day parking for attendees. The room will be set according to your preferred layout, and a duty support technician will be on hand to assist with setup. You will also have an unlimited supply of chilled water throughout the day, along with a stationery bundle for your delegates. Lift access is available to the first floor for both delegates and equipment, and you’ll benefit from the support of a dedicated Event Manager and catering staff. Complimentary Wi‑Fi is provided for all guests.
