Capitalising on the glorious estate surrounding the hotel, Murrayshall Country Estate will be introducing 22 Armadilla pod-style cabins in early 2025, marking a new era of luxury and comfort for the resort as it doubles its room capacity. Designed and engineered by Scottish firm, Armadilla, the new pods will offer a unique and eco-friendly sanctuary for guests seeking a countryside retreat. The custom-built units will blend seclusion with luxury, with select pods offering the added indulgence of super-king-sized beds and a private jacuzzi.
The pods are now available to book for early 2025, with prices starting at £250 per night. Increasing Murrayshall’s accommodation capacity by 50%, these pods will cater to a diverse range of guests – offering one-bedroom options perfect for romantic getaways, as well as larger two-bedroom pods ideal for young families and friends looking for both relaxation and adventure in the heart of Scotland.

We all know weddings are special but, here at Murrayshall we have the extra icing on the cake that make things even more special due to our location with views, recent refurbishment and BIG plans going forward.
For a start, if the weather is nice, you can head out to our secret garden and exchange those important words outside. Inside we have our Lynedoch Suite, accommodation up to 120 day guests and a private bar area as well for reception drinks. For something more intimate, our smaller private rooms can also be transformed for ceremonies and dining.
