- Reception is staffed 24/7; for arrivals after 11pm, please let us know in advance as the doors may be locked.
- Smoking is not allowed indoors; guests may use the garden or courtyard.
- Dogs are welcome.
- Parking is limited and available on a first-come basis.
- After 11pm, access is via your room key or by ringing the doorbell for the Night Manager.
- Children are welcome in the restaurant but must remain seated and considerate of others.
- Garden access is for residents only; no drinks allowed in the garden after 9.30pm.
- Free cancellation is available until 3pm the day before arrival.
- Group bookings of 5–8 rooms require 7 days’ notice; bookings of more than 8 rooms require 14 days’ notice.
