• No smoking is permitted inside the building. Smoking is allowed in designated outdoor areas only.
• Guests must respect the property, grounds, furnishings and neighbouring area at all times.
• Any damage to the property, furnishings or grounds will be chargeable.
• Decorations are permitted but must be agreed in advance. No fixings, nails, screws or adhesives to walls, ceilings or fixtures.
• Candles, naked flames, fireworks and pyrotechnics are not permitted without prior written approval.
• Music and entertainment must comply with agreed sound levels and finish times.
• All events must finish by the agreed end time, including clear-down.
• Guests are responsible for ensuring all suppliers comply with venue rules and health & safety requirements.
• The venue reserves the right to end an event if rules are breached or behaviour is unsafe or inappropriate.
