Auction Hall is an event space within a restored Grade II listed building in Newcastle. Combining original architectural features with a contemporary atmosphere, it offers a distinctive setting for group bookings, private events, and celebrations.
Located within STACK Newcastle, guests also have access to a range of street food vendors, bars, and live entertainment all under one roof.

Chambers is predominantly a cocktail-led bar, so vouchers can be combined for cocktails, or used across any of our bars within STACK, with drinks brought back into the space.
Food vouchers can be redeemed across all STACK Newcastle street food traders and must be used on the day (before 9pm). All vouchers are valid on the event date only and cannot be carried forward.

Host rules
• Arrival: Please arrive 10 minutes before your booking time and check in at the main entrance. Our team will escort you to your reserved area and provide any pre-paid vouchers.
• Vouchers: All vouchers must be used on the day of your booking and are non-refundable. No cash alternative or change will be given.
• Drinks Vouchers: Can be redeemed for alcoholic or soft drinks at any STACK bar. Challenge 25 applies.
• Food: Food can be purchased from our independent street food vendors. Opening times may vary, so please check with vendors on arrival.
• Allergens: Please speak directly with the food vendor regarding allergen and dietary information.
• Late Arrivals: Reserved spaces will be held for 15 minutes after your booking time. After this, the area may be released.
• Reserved Areas: Whilst your area is reserved, exclusivity cannot always be guaranteed. Management may move bookings if operationally required.
• Group Size Changes: Payments are non-refundable if guest numbers decrease. Unused vouchers may be used by attending guests.
• Booking Duration: You may be asked to vacate your area at the end of your allocated booking time.
• Decorations: Balloons are not permitted for standard table bookings due to health and safety regulations.
