The Barn
Our converted Barn is ideal for corporate meetings, team building and dining as well as family gatherings. There is a large projector screen and wifi. The room is set-up as banquet style seating and tables, comfortably seating 25 guests. It can also be easily changed to Theatre style.
Tea and Coffee facilities are provided for all Corporate bookings.
There are also bathroom facilities and bedrooms attached.
The Farm House
Our Grade II listed farmhouse is full of quintessential British charm. Offering guests a relaxed space for meetings and discussions as well as breakout areas and 5 bedrooms. The kitchen and dining areas flow into one another and doors can be opened to extend the space onto a large terrace area.
Accommodation comprises of 15 rooms in total - sleeping 15 or (30 if sharing with partners). Our units include two award-winning eco-lodge tree houses, two luxury shepherd huts and a selection of grade II listed converted farm buildings.

A 12-acre estate set in the stunning East Sussex countryside. Available for private hire and corporate events. Our Grade II listed converted Barn is perfect for corporate meetings, creative business team events and away days. In addition, the Grade II listed Farm House offers luxury accommodation and additional meeting and dining areas.
We also have further converted farm buildings and barns, shepherd's huts and award-winning eco-lodge tree houses, each with private kitchens, dining and living spaces.
