The Phelan Room sits on the first floor above Gran T's coffee shop, looking out over Great Ancoats Street - quiet enough up there to actually get through a meeting without losing focus.
It's self-contained, which helps. AV equipment is current, internet is fast, and the natural light coming through means it doesn't have that closed-off, basement meeting room feel that kills the energy an hour in.
Barista-made tea and coffee are included and unlimited, so nobody's rationing the caffeine to make it through the afternoon.
Small, calm, well-equipped. Good spot for anything that needs proper concentration rather than a big production.
