Organising the booking of the room was quick and easy with the venue being really responsive. On the day, the room was ready on time. Staff were happy to let us set up the room 15 minutes before too despite this being before the opening time. The buffet food was amazing - hot, really tasty, perfectly on time with a 20 minute warning so we were ready for it. Erin (the lady who was behind the bar and looking after us) was lovely, attentive, quick and good fun. The venue gave us extras we didn’t even expect for our dance routine recording, which really made the day. Erin and a colleague were happy to record us too! I can safely say that the venue and the staff (particularly Erin) from original enquiry through to the day itself just made the day the best it could be for our hen party and a massive thank you to them.

I said I didnt need a booking for Saturday anymore but asked for information for potential future booking. She replied to say Saturday is not available but could book something mid week. Doesn’t make me want to book with them in the future if she isn’t even reading simple basic enquiries properly.
Completely ignored me for weeks now.
