Cancellation policy

Standard 30 day

Guests may cancel their Booking until 30 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price.

Guests may cancel their Booking between 30 days and 7 days before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price.

Cancellations submitted less than 7 days before the event start time are not refundable.

Guest may move the event date of a confirmed booking to another date within 6 months from the original date, at no cost.

I held my 30th Gatsby Style party here and the venue was perfect! Beautiful room with great facilities. The team at the hotel were great - really helpful and the drinks on the night were really reasonable. I would highly recommend this venue!

Food was amazing. Joanne was exceptional, she really looked after us and nothing that we asked for was a problem. Hall was a great size for what we needed. Anoob was great at keeping us informed.

Only 2 toilets and they were downstairs The grand hall could do with a touch up of paint, otherwise the room was excellent. Receptionist was unhelpful to many of the conference attendees and seems disinterested.

Three featured rooms are versatile in producing meetings, conferences, networking events, and social events such as birthday parties, wrap parties, summer parties, baby showers, and wedding receptions.

Full bar facility available upon request. Strategically located in Old Trafford which is easily accessible to the city center through public transport. An on-site free car park gives an additional bonus to our clients.
