Great location and lovely venue. The HMDI cable and adapter options were great.
There was no one to greet us and talk us through how to set up in the room and how everything works, we had to figure that out for ourselves. The room was set up with water but no water glasses. Not once did a member of staff come to the room to ask if we wanted tea or coffee, which we paid for as part of the package. The lady that served us for lunch was attentive up to taking our order and bringing us lunch but then the plates were left lying around on our table for 3+ hours as no one had come to clear them. We had to go out to ask for a drink and someone to clear the tables.
Overall, disappointing. I think the venue is great but massively let down by the lack of service here.
