Host rules
Before Your Session
- Please arrive no more than 10 minutes before your booking time. Early access may not be possible due to other sessions.
- All sessions must start and finish within the booked time slot. Additional time will incur extra charges.
- If you need setup time, please include it in your booking duration.
During Your Session
- A studio engineer will be present to assist with setup, recording, and technical support.
- You are responsible for the behaviour of all guests in your session.
- Food and drinks (other than bottled water) are not permitted near equipment.
- Please do not move or disconnect any cameras, microphones, or lighting without the engineer’s approval.
- The studio furniture and layout can be adjusted within reason but must be returned to its original position after use.
Recording & File Handling
- All sessions are recorded directly to our secure system or to an approved SSD.
- If you bring your own recording drive, ensure it is a USB-C SSD (formatted exFAT).
- For bookings with cloud delivery, your files will be available within 48 hours of your session.
- Empire Studios is not responsible for unverified third-party storage devices or damaged drives.
Cancellations & Rescheduling
- Cancellations or reschedules made less than 48 hours before the booking may be subject to a charge.
- If you’re running late, please notify us as soon as possible. Sessions cannot always be extended beyond your scheduled time.
Conduct & Safety
- No smoking, vaping, or alcohol is allowed in the studio.
- Any intentional damage to property or equipment will be charged in full.
- For safety, please follow all instructions from Empire Studios staff at all times.
After Your Session
- Please collect all personal belongings before leaving.
- The studio team will handle equipment shutdown and clean-up.
- Feedback is welcome — we’re constantly improving the experience for creators.

An engineer who is a specialist will assist you in every session, which means you can just focus on creation while we handle the technical stuff.
