About this space
Our main bar space is a large and versatile room which has direct access out to our paddock area for full use of the outdoor seating. It can host a variety of events with two screens for use and a large well equipped bar. This area boasts ample natural light, similar to our upstairs space with a grounded view of the countryside outside.
It can play host to celebrations of life, birthday parties, conferences and many more. With full use of the AV we can tailor to your event's needs.
The room can be used furnished or unfurnished with ample seating available for you and your guests. The ground floor location gives your guests easy access to the facilities and outer areas whilst also providing easy access from our car park.
We have plenty of parking available for any event size, with free parking for both organisers and guests.

About Dorking RFC
Dorking Rugby Club has both the Clubroom and Main Bar as versatile event spaces to suit your event's needs. Whether this be a conference, birthday party, dinner or celebration of life we can accommodate your needs.
The Ted Ivens Clubroom is our upstairs space, with beautiful views across the pitches towards Box Hill, a balcony area, bar, projector for use and ample natural light. This room is equipped with everything you will need to host a fantastic event. Our projector can be connected to anything using an HDMI cable allowing for easy use with laptops and more mobile devices. We also are fully accessible with a lift and disabled bathroom for use by guests at the club.
Our downstairs Main Bar room is our longer, larger space with seamless access to our large outside paddock, providing ample space for your guests to sit and enjoy the Great British Sunshine (fingers crossed!). This space has the larger bar of the two, two HD TV screens for use and a Soundsystem available. Again, the TVs are available to be used with any HDMI devices.
