Guests under 18 are not allowed
Host rules
18+ Venue: All guests must be able to provide valid ID upon arrival.
Minimum Group Size: A minimum of 16 people is required for our event bookings.
Cancellations/Changes: You can cancel or reschedule your booking up to 8 weeks before your event date.
Menu & Pricing: All menu items and prices are subject to change until your final selections are confirmed 2 weeks prior to the event.
Reductions: If you reduce your guest numbers within 1 week of the event, those payments will be non-refundable. However, food and drink allocations will still be provided for the full number.
Adding Guests: Adding guests is subject to availability and cannot be guaranteed.
Shared Games Area: The games area will be shared with other guests during your session. Depending on your group size, you’ll enter in staggered groups.
Intoxication: Any guests arriving intoxicated will be refused entry, and the full deposit will be forfeited. We also reserve the right to refuse entry to guests exhibiting abusive behaviour toward staff.
National Rail & Tube Strikes: In the event of a National Rail or Tube strike affecting your booking, we will try to reschedule your event to a later date, provided the new date is agreed in writing at least 1 week in advance of the original booking date.
