The venue boasts a luxurious VIP mezzanine for an exclusive experience, complete with comfortable lounge seating, perfect for hosting VIP guests or smaller private groups within a larger event. Additionally, the beautiful outdoor patio provides an open-air space that’s perfect for al fresco mingling.
With a full AV setup, including a high-quality projector, Seven Seas can easily accommodate multimedia presentations for corporate events or customized slideshows for celebrations. Our in-house catering team provides a wide selection of food options to suit various dietary preferences, and we also welcome external catering for those who prefer to bring their own cuisine.
The venue includes a fully stocked bar where our skilled bartenders serve everything from signature cocktails to classic favorites. For entertainment, we offer an in-house DJ who can set the ideal tone, or guests are welcome to bring their own DJ for a fully personalized atmosphere.

Host rules
To ensure a safe and enjoyable experience for all guests, we ask that clients review and agree to the following rules when booking our space:
• No Smoking Indoors: Smoking is prohibited inside the building. Guests may use the designated outdoor patio for smoking.
• Outside Catering Allowed: External catering is permitted if arranged in advance, but all external caterers must comply with our venue policies.
• No Outside Alcohol: To ensure compliance with our licensing, no outside alcohol is allowed. Our full-service bar is available to meet all beverage needs.
• Respect for Space: We ask that guests respect the furniture, decor, and AV equipment. Damages may result in additional charges.
• Noise Levels: Our in-house DJ is available, or you may bring your own DJ, but all music must comply with local noise regulations.
• Event Timings: Events must conclude by the agreed end time. Extended hours may be available by prior arrangement and with additional fees.
• Capacity Limits: For safety and comfort, please adhere to the 250-guest maximum capacity.
• No Confetti or Glitter: To maintain the cleanliness and ambiance of our space, we request no use of confetti, glitter, or similar decor items.
