Turners House at Turner's House
About this space
Turners House is a meticulously restored and beautiful home and garden in leaft St Margartes, near Richmond and the Thames.
The house was designed and built by Turner himself in 1810, and has been incredibly restored, furnished and decorated using traditional artisans and techniques in line with how Turner would have lived here.
The house consists of a bright and elegant function room that was Turner’s Sitting Room and smaller more intimate spaces, as well as a beautiful garden.
We are located within easy reach of central London and are well serviced by public transport.
We host corporate away days, business meetings, PR and book launches, photo shoots, filming, private art workshops, small cocktail and drinks receptions/ dinners and more.
In the private hire, we offer 3 x 6-foot tables (with table cloths) 20 chairs, flutes and wine glasses for up to 30 people, and can recommend local catering/ house staff to help fulfil your event.
