Great venue with the bowling alley’s and the staff at the actual venue on site were great.
The staff I was dealing with on the lead up to my event took days to reply to my emails and came across rude. Wasn’t very impressed especially when I was spending a considerable amount of money

The staff were incredible. Anna and Carlos made the night what it was and we are extremely helpful grateful for everything they did for us. The venue was also beautiful and had everything we needed
I should have enquired more on this myself but more vegetarian and vegan options with the food packages would have been great.

Exclusive area in the penthouse which had bowling and karaoke and a private bar! Two members of bar staff were working which meant the wait for drinks was a lot shorter than if only one was allocated. Our event manager for the night was very attentive and ran the bowling tournament like a pro
For the money we would've liked a bit more food but the food we did have was excellent.
