A bright industrial studio space perfect for shoots, workshops and classes (yoga etc).

If booking for shoots, you have unlimited use of backdrops for non-floor usage and 2 backdrops for floor usage included. There is no limits when it comes to an amazing backdrops for your shooting session!

You have to provide your own liability and any necessary insurance for your session - the studio and studio owner is not responsible for this.

Host rules

- If parking in the yard, do not block any single entry doors.
- No extremely loud music / base as it's a quiet yard with lots of working businesses
- No smoking inside
- Respect the other businesses in the yard, and no more than 3 cars to be parked within the yard
- Anything broken, will need to be replaced or repaired by the person who hired the space.
