Our brand new central London studio space is available 7 days a week, with hourly hire available for a limited time.

Standing midway between Shoreditch and Hotxon, and just a few minutes walk from both Old Street and Farringdon Underground Stations, our studio "New York Penthouse" style space is split across 2 floors with swathes of daylight; perfect as a location house or studio.

Perfect for shoots either large or small scale, our space can be booked out entirely or can be divided up to accommodate smaller shoots to suit any budget and can be made available for multiple bookings in one day. Access to all floors, plus our back yard can be gained through our lift.

We are fully equipped to offer both internal production and post-production in addition to dry hire, as well as long term shoot hire for set builds.
