About this space

It’s about 500 sq ft, with ceilings high and plenty of natural light coming through the large east-facing windows—especially good in the mornings.

White floors and soft blinds to help control the light. It’s inside a listed building.

You’ve got the basics covered too, things like C-stands, poly boards, sandbags, a clothes rail, and a steamer. There’s also a hair and makeup area with space to change, plus fast internet, a kitchenette, and toilets on site.

A few notes to help the day run smoothly and to keep the space in good order for everyone using it.

Access
Please arrive and depart within your booked hire period, including set-up and pack-down time.
The studio and building doors lock automatically when closed, so we recommend keeping your supplied keycard with you throughout the day.

Keycards should be returned to the studio manager at the end of your booking. Additional time may be charged where applicable.

The Space
Furniture and larger pieces may be moved by arrangement only.
We ask that the studio be left as found, with any moved items returned to their original positions before departure.
No equipment, props, rails, or personal items should be left in communal areas at any time.
If you require overnight storage or next-day collection, this can usually be arranged in advance for an additional fee.

During Your Booking
Please be mindful of noise levels, as this is a shared building.
Care should be taken when moving equipment through the building and common areas. Any damage caused during your booking will remain the hirer's responsibility.
A fridge is available for use throughout the day and will be stocked with water, dairy milk, and oat milk.
Glasses, mugs, and kitchen towels are in the kitchenette cabinet.
Selected studio items, including lights and steamers, are available to hire on request.

Before You Leave
Basic cleaning is included within reason.
We simply ask that the studio be left in a clean and considered condition, ready for the next booking.
Please remove personal belongings, food, and any production waste before departure.
