Host rules

for 8-4 weeks’ notice (inclusive), you will be charged 50% of the original total Event Fees plus the Cancellation Administration Fee together with any non-refundable charges incurred by us;

for less than 4 weeks’ notice, you will be charged 100% of the original total Event Fees plus the Cancellation Administration Fee together with any non-refundable charges incurred by us.
