Please arrive and leave on time. Set-up and pack-down must be included within your booked slot.
The studio must be left as found; visible damage or excessive mess may result in an additional cleaning or repair fee.
No big parties or events. The space is for small, intimate gatherings.
No smoking, vaping or open flames inside the studio.
Food and drink are allowed, but please take care around furniture and equipment.
Furniture and props may be moved, but must be returned to their original position before the end of your booking.
Please do not attach anything to walls with nails, screws or strong adhesives. Only low-tack tape is permitted.
Any damage to furniture, walls, equipment or props must be reported immediately.
The studio is not soundproof. Please be mindful of noise levels.
Maximum capacity must not be exceeded at any time.
Professional photography is available as an add-on and must be arranged in advance.
