The Club Room is the smallest venue at Leicester Racecourse, seats up to 120 people and is ideal for more intimate celebrations with your nearest and dearest. The room’s large windows and light decor create an airy and light-filled blank canvas space that is ready for your creative touches. You have the freedom to decorate The Club Room according to your personal preference and style.

If you want to make your special day more memorable, we have the option of self-hiring the room and you can have outside caterers, provided they can provide the required documents.
If you are having a Hindu Ceremony with a Mandap Setup, please ensure the fire is kept small and in a sturdy, contained bowl. As soon as the ceremony is over, please ensure the flame is put out and kept outside, to cool down away from guests.
Horses are not allowed.
Naked flames/Lit candles are not allowed in any of the rooms, please use LED alternatives.
Flower petals and confetti are allowed. (Biodegradable)
Fireworks are not allowed. Sparklers are allowed outside the venue and supervised.
Flares are not allowed.
Pyrotechnic sparklers are allowed, company details and exact product being used will need to be provided and approved by our Health & Safety officer.
Please ensure all food and beverages are removed from the room and kitchen.
Any food waste should be placed inside the bins provided and not left outside the bin.
If there are any additional cleaning charges due to the above, it will be deducted from your damage deposit
You are responsible for the general cleanliness of the room & toilets and the outdoor area outside the room during your event.
A cleaner can be provided at an additional cost
