About this space

Gibbon Forrest is a Function Room at Twycross Zoo. The room's most distinctive quality is a cabin-style fit-out that reflects the venue's nature focus.

Design: The exterior and interior use natural timber finishes and simple, functional lines, giving the space a compact, cabin-like scale. The look is straightforward, with modest signage and unadorned surfaces that keep the emphasis on practical proportion.

Features: The function room is a single, open-plan interior that can be arranged for seated or standing layouts. The space includes a covered porch and double glass doors that create a sheltered arrival and straightforward access for guests and equipment.

Ideal for: Families and community groups looking for a relaxed, social gathering space with an informal layout.

What sets it apart: The room allows hirers to bring and play their own music on-site.
