The Content Studio is a place where ideas come to life. We’ve spent enough time in soulless and uninspiring studio spaces to know what not to do, so we designed this one differently. It’s a welcoming, fully adaptable studio for photography, podcasting, filming, workshops, and meetings. It’s comfortable, functional, and full of character, so your creativity has room to breathe.

1. Studio Use & Responsibility
Presence is a self-service space. You are responsible for your own safety, and the safety and conduct of any guests or team members you bring with you.
Please use all equipment, furniture, props, and facilities respectfully.
Do not modify, dismantle, or tamper with any electrical or studio equipment.
If something isn’t working, please report it immediately, do not attempt to fix it yourself.
The studio operates on trust. Please leave the space as you’d wish to find it.
2. Respect for the Space
To keep the studio enjoyable for everyone:
Handle all furniture, props, and walls with care.
Avoid dragging items across the floor - please lift and move gently.
Do not apply adhesives, tape, fake tan, paint, or makeup directly onto any studio surfaces or furniture.
If any item is damaged or stained during your booking, you’ll be charged for cleaning, repair, or replacement.
Smoking or vaping is strictly prohibited inside the building.
Food and drink are welcome - just clean up after yourself.
Pets are not permitted unless agreed in writing beforehand.
3. Check-In / Check-Out
You’ll receive access instructions before your session.
When leaving, please:
Switch off all lights, plugs, and equipment
Return furniture and props to their original positions
Remove all rubbish and dispose of it in the bins provided
Close all windows and doors
Lock up securely
If the studio is left unsecured, untidy, or excessively dirty, an additional cleaning or call-out charge may apply.
4. Booking, Cancellations & Refunds
We understand that plans can change, and we’ve tried to make our cancellation policy as fair as possible.
5. Liability & Safety
Presence takes great care to maintain a safe environment. However, by booking and using the studio, you agree that:
You are responsible for your own safety and that of your guests.
You use the space and all equipment at your own risk.
Presence Studios is not liable for any personal injury, loss, theft
