This unique venue is located close to Kings Lynn and is happy to organise the outdoor wedding of your dreams. The Barn and its bright and spacious function room are also ready to be enjoyed by you for your ceremony or reception. The venue offers onsite accommodation for up to 92 people in our treehouses, bell tents and holiday cottages, so you don’t have to worry about getting back home after your celebration!

About West Lexham

Surrounded by the charming Norfolk nature, West Lexham offers a unique escape from the big city rush. This family business can provide you with a space for treehouse or bell tent glamping, retreats, weddings or just a holiday getaway in a cottage. You are highly encouraged to take this chance to reconnect with yourself, each other and nature, all while enjoying West Lexham’s high standard services.

You can choose to sleep between the treetops in one of the treehouses that can accommodate from 2 to 6 people or encircled by nature in the bell tents that can host up to 4 overnight guests each. The holiday cottages can hold up to 22 people and include an outdoor swimming pool from April to September, all while being dog friendly.

If the 22 acres of garden walks, lawns, fire circles, boating lakes and tennis courts weren’t enough, Holkham and Wells-next-to-the-Sea, the picturesque Norfolk beaches, are only 30 minutes away. Other spots worth seeing in the proximity of the venue are Swaffham, Castle Acre, Sandringham Estate or Blickling Estate. Extreme Adventure and Bewilderwood are also close by and popular with the kids.
