Host rules

- No smoking or vaping inside the building
- Outside food is allowed with prior approval
- Alcohol may not be brought onto the premises (licensed bar available on-site)
- No amplified music after 11 pm (unless otherwise agreed in advance)
- All events must finish and the space be vacated by 11 pm unless otherwise agreed
- No confetti, glitter, or smoke machines
- Guests are responsible for any damage caused during the booking
- Children must be supervised at all times (not allowed on-site after 9 pm)
- Respect our neighbours and keep noise to a minimum when leaving
- Set-up and pack-down times must be included in your booking

About 12 Bar Music & Social

12 Bar Music & Social is a unique hybrid venue in Exeter. We have specialty coffee, but also live music and a collection of vinyl records. At our place, you can host an intimate gig, creative workshop, private party, listening session, or community event.

We're all about "industrial-meets-retro" aesthetic. The space has high ceilings and lots of light. Our in-house PA system, DJ setup, and stage area make it ideal for performances, talks, and launches.
