The Studio, located on the first floor, is our smallest meeting room with a capacity of up to 20 people. The space can be used for small gatherings, team planning, board meetings or as a quiet breakout area.

1. If you require a second, smaller room, whether for a breakout space, wedding dressing area, or dinner party preparation, please book both rooms together. We can offer a reduced fee for the second room, so once your booking is made, please contact us to arrange the discounted rate or discuss any specific setup requirements.
2. Your booking will only be secured once the deposit has been received. Please note that the full balance of the hire charge is due no later than 4 weeks prior to the date of your event.
• For partial day/sessional bookings - £50.00
• For whole day bookings - £100.00
• For weekend or bookings for over 100 guests - £250.00
3. Please ensure your booking includes sufficient time for setting up and clearing away. If your event runs beyond the agreed hire period, additional time will be charged at £15 per 15 minutes (or part thereof).
4. Add-ons:
• Round Tables: £10.00 per table
• Tablecloths (for round tables): £7.00 per cloth - the hire fee covers the use, laundering, and maintenance of the tablecloths
• Chair Covers: £0.50 per cover - the hire fee covers the use, laundering, and maintenance of the chair covers
• Alcohol Licence Administration Fee: £50.00 - the fee covers the administration and legal responsibility of authorising alcohol sales under the hall’s licence (please note that only our bar supplier can be used)
5. Residents of Elford are eligible for a reduced hire rate at Elford Village Hall. If you have an Elford postal address, please complete your booking as usual, and then contact us to apply the special resident rate.
6. Groups that use Elford Village Hall on an ongoing or recurring basis may be eligible for a reduced hire rate. If you’re planning regular bookings, simply make your booking as normal and let us know your intended schedule, we’ll then confirm the appropriate regular hirer rate for you.
