Host rules

- We are completely Cashless and will accept Card payments only throughout our entire venue.

- Your table or area will be held for 15 minutes after your specified booking time. If a member of your party is not present at this time we reserve the right to use your table for other guests.

- Please note we do not offer table service so please order any food and drink from the bar.

- Please let a member of the team know of any dietary requirements when ordering food.

- Frankenstein is a 18s venue from 8pm. We operate a "Challenge 25 Policy". Passport/Driving Licence required as acceptable forms of ID.

- The management reserve the right to refuse entry to anyone who is viewed to be over intoxicated or if their behaviour is detrimental to others enjoying their evening.
