There are ceiling mounted projectors available in every room that reliably display exactly what’s on your screen, together with a whiteboard and the option of a “walltalker”, which turns an entire strip of the wall into a whiteboard.

Cancellation policy: Standard 60 day with Grace Period
Cancellations within 24 hours after booking confirmation will receive a full refund. This excludes events starting within 48 hours.
Cancellations 60 days in advance will receive a full refund.
Cancellations 60 days to 30 days in advance will receive a 50% refund.
Cancellations for events starting within 30 days are non-refundable.
The Edinburgh Training and Conference Venue is situated in Edinburgh’s Old Town, just off the Royal Mile, midway between Edinburgh Castle and the Scottish Parliament. The venue was built in the 1860’s and has an incredibly packed history. It’s been used as a school, a cinema and even a Fringe theatre, before being converted into a meeting venue. Being right in the heart of Edinburgh’s old town and five minutes walk from Waverley Train Station, this is a great location to host your meeting, conference or training.
With high-tech facilities and a dedicated on-site support team, we can help you with the exact set-up you need and we have a genuine desire to make your event a success.
We work in partnership with various local hotels who offer a discount to our delegates attending events at our venue. We have an agreement with an NCP car park which is a few minutes walk away.
