he Redwood Suite is our largest and most versatile event space, ideal for conferences, training courses, presentations, networking events, seminars, workshops and corporate meetings. Accommodating between 6 and 80 delegates in theatre-style layout, the room can also be combined with the adjoining lounge area to host up to 120 guests, making it perfect for larger events and receptions.
The suite offers high-speed Wi-Fi, presentation facilities, flexible room layouts and a professional yet welcoming atmosphere. Delegates can also enjoy access to the on-site Kyte Café for refreshments, catering and informal networking opportunities.
Conveniently located in the heart of the UK, just minutes from the M62 and A1(M), the Redwood Suite provides excellent accessibility for attendees travelling from across the region and beyond. With free on-site parking for up to 100 vehicles and accessible facilities, Redwood is an ideal venue for both business and community events.

• Bookings are subject to availability and confirmation by Kyte. Payment must be made in accordance with the agreed booking terms.
• The hirer is responsible for the conduct of all guests and attendees and must ensure the venue is used respectfully and for lawful purposes only. Room capacities must not be exceeded, and all health and safety requirements must be followed.
• The venue must be left in a clean and tidy condition. Any damage to rooms, equipment, fixtures, fittings or furniture caused during the hire period will be charged to the hirer.
• Excessive noise, disruptive behaviour, smoking or vaping within the building are not permitted. Kyte reserves the right to terminate an event without refund if behaviour is deemed unsafe, inappropriate or likely to cause disruption to other venue users.
• Any equipment brought into the venue by the hirer must be safe and suitable for use. Kyte accepts no responsibility for loss, theft or damage to personal belongings or equipment.
• Free on-site parking is available; however, vehicles are parked at the owner's risk.
