We also offer a branded fence area just outside the venue.

To ensure a safe and enjoyable event for everyone, please note the following crucial terms:
No Smoking Policy:
Smoking, including the use of e-cigarettes and vaping devices, is strictly prohibited inside the building at all times. Designated outdoor smoking areas are provided. Failure to adhere to this policy will result in immediate intervention and may incur additional cleaning fees and/or fines.
Venue Condition and Cleaning:
The host is responsible for basic cleaning and leaving the venue in the condition it was found. This includes, but is not limited to, clearing all rubbish, personal belongings, and decorative items brought in for your event. Should the venue require more than basic cleaning after your event, additional cleaning charges will apply.
Property Damages:
Any and all damage caused to the property, including the building, fixtures, fittings, equipment, or artwork, during your event will be the sole responsibility of the host. This includes damage caused by your guests or any third-party suppliers you engage. Charges for repairs, replacement, or any associated building works will be assessed and billed directly to the host. We recommend conducting a brief walkthrough with our staff before and after your event to document the venue's condition.
