Guest under 18 not allowed unless accompanied by an adult after 21:00
Host rules
1. We do not allow under-18s after 21:00.
2. Cancellation of your reservation 14 days before the date will incur no charge at all for bookings less than 35.
-Groups of over 35 people or private area bookings need to cancel a minimum of 28 days prior for a full refund.
-Groups of over 35 people or private area bookings who cancel within 14 days will incur 50% retention of their deposit.
-Groups of over 35 people or private area bookings who cancel within 7 days will incur 100% retention of their deposit.
3. *For large groups* It is important your party arrives at the time of booking, if your party is significantly late we retain the right to withhold a partial or full amount of your deposit. In the event of a ‘no show,’ we reserve the right to retain 100% of your deposit.
- We classify a ‘no show’ booking as a booking that is more than an hour late or doesn’t attend their booking at all. We reserve the right not to refund your deposit if the space used has been damaged. -
4. We reserve the right to limit the amount of card payments on large tables during our busy periods.
5. We reserve the right to stop serving alcohol if drunken behaviours are affecting customers and staff alike.
6. If your space is booked outdoors we cannot take responsibility for the weather conditions.
7. Please note that deposits for large bookings cannot be used for payment for food or drinks. It is solely to secure the room & booking.
8. All alcohol and food must be purchased on the premises. If you are found bringing in your own this will be confiscated.

Steam is a large, quirky venue and one of the most unique spaces in Bristol.
We have one of the largest covered & heated terraces in the city with three stretch tents, moon tables, including two party buses.
We serve a huge selection of beers & ciders, including our exclusive Home of the Brew range and also from local breweries from Bristol & the South West.
Steam is also home to our legendary quiz night, bottomless brunches and we love students with discounts all day long.
