Whether you are planning a team catch up, a client pitch or a product launch, we have the space to suit you. We've got refreshments covered, delivered straight to you from The Square Kitchen. Our large meeting room has it all - projector, sound system, air conditioning/heating, and more.
We are strictly adhering to current government guidelines, therefore our current capacity is 10 people in this room.

Cancellations within 24 hours after booking confirmation will receive a full refund. This excludes events starting within 48 hours.
Cancellations 7 days in advance will receive a full refund.
Cancellations 7 days to 24 hours in advance will receive a 50% refund.
Cancellations for events starting within 24 hours are non-refundable.
Event date of a confirmed booking can be changed to another date within 3 months from the original date, at no cost.

About Square Works
Having opened in summer 2019, Square Works is a unique workspace and members’ club in the heart of Clifton. Offering 5* services and luxurious furnishings, their location on leafy Berkeley Square at the top of Park Street is unbeatable.
The Grade II listed Georgian mansion has undergone extensive renovation work to be a highly stimulating working environment, focused on light and greenery. Inside, space comprises a mixture of co-working desks, designated spaces, meeting rooms, and private offices.
Meeting rooms at Square Works come with a Community Manager and dedicated team who are on hand to ensure your events are a success. Currently there are four meeting rooms available – the smaller rooms can be set up in a boardroom style for up to 3 people, and boast high speed Wi-Fi and a 44” 4k, ultra HD TV with multiple HDMI ports. The conference room can accommodate up to 25 people (classroom/theatre style) and be equipped with a vast 85" TV, 104" Motorised Projection Screen. The chic décor, surround sound and easy laptop connection ensure you deliver your meeting in style.
An additional, flexible presentation space is available for day or night hire for 70-200 guests and can be tailored to individual requirements. With a cocktail bar, secret terrace and decadent lounge, it is the perfect spot for networking and a drinks reception.
Impress your clients and colleagues with catering packages from Square Kitchen, which can be pre-ordered and invoiced so there is no awkwardness over who will foot the bill! Square Kitchen always use the best locally sourced produces and serves great quality food straight to your meeting room; from light bites to something a little more special. All members of Square Works can also enjoy discounted rates at the Berkeley Square Hotel and Berkeley Suites.
