• No smoking inside the house – only in the allocated area
• No food or drink in the house except in the kitchen
• Quiet hours: 21:00 PM – 9:00 AM.
• No outside music is allowed after 7:00 PM. The property is located in an open area, and sound travels easily, potentially disturbing neighbouring properties.
• Please maintain the property in a clean and tidy condition throughout your stay.
• Bins: Use the bins provided for waste disposal. Guests are expected to separate recyclables where possible.
• Cleaning charges: Excessive mess may result in additional cleaning fees.
